hope it's nice- the photos seemed odd to me. It's great to find a good deal- I got my Camp Tramp the same way, someone selling it on ebay for way below the going rate!

The new SOD is so similar to the Camp Tramp, if I didn't already have the one I got from Pvt Klink, I wouldn't bother getting a CT. Actually, I like the blade shape and clip point of the SOD a little better. And since it is basically just a shorter DF, I know it will perform just fine.

I saw the CT over there but have a set plus of SODs coming and someone said they were very much alike. I glanced back and it was gone. Great addition to your collection !! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Yep. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> I have two other Tramps. A black that is currently a safe queen and a Double Cut (redone at the factory) with tan ResC that this new tan/tan will replace as my primary user.

I hope so too. The lighting was off in one of the photos so maybe that's why it looked odd. I know the guy that sold it from Bladeforums so I'm sure that it's a good Tramp. I'll know in a few days.




I can't wait to compare them. The Tramp is a legend... for good reason. If the SOD is close, and I expect it to be, it will be a real winner.
