So what is you've ordered both CG and LE? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

I ordered the Black CG.
For the last 2-3 years, I've been wanting a Black Camp Tramp, and
the SOD looks so similar, that I just had to go with Black. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

What I'm wondering though is.... will the LE's be ready soon too? And... if you ordered an LE as well, will we have to wait on them before we get any...? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

Just trying to figure out what the plan is... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

You made the right decision DotD. Unless the economy goes completely into the can, I doubt you'll ever be able to pick up a Camp Tramp for the price you paid for a new SoD. Well done. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Yep, I think so too.
The odd time that a CT comes up on the exchange, they are snapped up really
quickly.
Maybe one day. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

Have a sneaking feeling though that I'm going to like the SOD so much
that I won't be wanting a CT.
Seriously thinking about a DFLE now. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I love this site! We are all alike when it comes down to it--we are the Scrappers of the Yard.

Now, the more I look at the pics I find myself wondering if I should use my SOD like I planned or keep it nice and pretty for future sibblings to be acquired? I never have kept a fixed blade "nice and new" but rather used them for the tools they are. I sure wish I could have swung two SODs and I would have had this dilemma. Live and learn, live and learn LOL. I will not make that mistake again!

You know what, I know some of you are wondering what group you made it into--not me, I barely got in on the ordering before it was closed so I know where I sit!

You and me both. If I could have afforded 2, I would have got the black SOD
and the SODLE. That's ok though.
My SOD is going to be a user through and through. When the coating starts to
wear off, I'm going to do what Vic does and make it shiny <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I ordered mine on October 17th, but have no way to check the CC online, so I'm very curious <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

We are charging for the Combat Grade right now and shipping those out first. The Le will be charged when it is ready to go. The only way this does not apply is if you live overseas, you would have to wait for the LE so that we can ship all the knives together due to shipping charges. The LE's are coming soon so there won't be too long of a wait. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Do you consider Canada overseas?

That's understandable regarding the shipping charges. If I had ordered
both a CG and a LE, I would want them both to come at the same time to
save on shipping charges. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Cheers

That was funny!
