It was more like a few seconds. There was a streak there where hitting refresh
brought up a new page right away.
Wasnt bogging down like other times...
It was during that "good" streak that the sticky post was made,
so im pretty confident im within 10 seconds...
that was crazy though...

I figured that you'd gotten in well before making the Go Go Go thread post.
