Have you ever even shot a Benelli? Have you ever even shot a 12ga for that matter? Also do you even know what a Glock 34 or 17L is? You think you know everything but you don't. PERIOD. ... and personally, the best shotgun ever built is the Remington Model 870. this and the mossberg 500 have seen more action and been around longer than any others. benelli makes great weapons but they aint a remington 870. If you want a handgun, any Glock will do just fine. I like the larger ones for home because I can "feel" them slightly better. The only reasons to go with a smaller model is if you might want to conceal it or if it fits your hand better. If you want a pump shotgun, you have plenty of affordable options that will function just fine. Whichever one feels best is the one to go with. Just think about the controls when you hold it, like the safety and action release and make sure you are comfortable with where they are and how they operate.

Unless you are in a sexual minority....funny how some States have vastly different laws...went to Kentucky for the Knob Creek shoot and they had it ALL....everything from flamethrowers to Artillery pieces...with as many different machine guns as have ever been made....what a blast!

I'd really like to have some flash bangs and tear gas grenades but that definitely wouldn't fly.

Yeah...there would be nothing left for the SWAT team to do when/if they arrived...LOL...
Interesting point though that pyrotechnic's are more controlled than say....the firearms....I remember reading that Police were called to what was reported to be kids setting off fireworks in a Quarry...only to find it was a perfectly legal impromptu bit of pistol practise and Black Powder shooting....

Hey there, Sorry for the late reply.
Aluminum bat--no chance of cracking at the wrist if needed. Yes, I have cracked a wood bat before LOL.
Yes, that is my USP Tactical. I hate the word tactical though because I am low speed and hi drag and not the other way around. The suppressor is from Big John's in TX. So far I have about 500 rds through it and it is great. When the suppressor is dry it does a pretty good job of suppressing the sound but it really gets "Hollywood" quite when I add "Belly Jelly" (Ultrasound jelly) which makes it wet. I can get about 30 rds through it before it starts getting loud.
I am lucky I live in a state that is Class III friendly with no limits on supressors, full auto, short brl rifles or shotguns, etc. I am trying to decide what my next Class III will be. I am thinking I need to get a 22LR suppressor in the works before feb. just in case and then worry about what pistol/rifle combo to go with.
Take care

I use a 9mm semi auto, but I think the shotgun that holds 8 rounds and a pistol grip stock is a great gun for home protection.

Take care Well for a house gun I think you are totally sorted...I have used Sig's which are similar and for "indoor" use a suppressor is a great benefit...they radically reduce recoil and keep you on aim and not deafened or blinded by mussle flash...particularly if the room is dark...they also radically help in a vehicle...if you have the funds and want something similar in a revolver...you can use a suppressor very well on a Dan Wesson. The detatchable barrel can be fitted for about 25 thou clerance which is close enough to stop noise and flash emitting too much from the barrel cylinder gap and the barrel shroud threads used to screw in the suppressor. Handy if you want "low maintaince and easy use"....it might make a good gun for a spouse not into semiauto's....it balances well using the snub barrel and suppressor...not too mussle heavy. Well I am certainly impressed with your ability to get kit like this...I have used the USP without a moderator and liked it a lot.

Ever since I saw a suppressed Russian Nagant revolver I have wanted on of those. It is perfect for suprressing since the round does not break the sound barrier, no slide to cycle, and the cylinder moves up and covers the forcing cone to creat a good seal--and the ammo is belled ovr the bullet so that when fired it blows the brass out creating even more of a barrier.
Thanks for the compliments on my kit.
