Hehe I wish I had pictures of me riding my motorcycle in so much snow my friend had to push me up the driveway. It was a street and trail of course. I put the sportbikes away when it starts snowing, but I definitely remember speeding home at 110mph one day because it was starting to flurry and I needed to put the bike away before I got stranded.

My boss got a KTM 990 Adventure R over the summer. Rode it everywhere.
Insurance ran out in November, but since Friday was a sunny -22C with about
1/2 foot of snow on the ground, he went and re-insured it so that he could
ride over Christmas <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Here's a link for the new KTM offering

Cheers

KN, have you ever had to UNTHAW your vehicle engine with a Tiger torch????
<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> I have <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
Took almost a full 25lb tank of Propane before the oil was thawed out enough to
allow the engine to start turning over <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

I use a block heater and use 5/30 engine oil never had a problem no matter what temp was, oil pressure comes right up. The only time I have ever had any problems was when I would forget to plug in my block heater.

Hehe...problem was that I did have the block heater plugged in.
However, I was running 10/30 weight oil. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

Cheers

Ok,
I promised to post a couple of pics.
So here are just a couple.
My Truck with a bit of overnight snow.

My Driveway shovel pile (and yes, my mutt did some "artwork")

A couple of random around my tent trailer

Tikigod,

That's about where we are today here in the British Columbia interior.
Personally, I like winter. "NO BUGS"
However, I've discovered that I equally like Fall and Spring <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Just don't like the heat of Summer.

Cheers
