Has anyone noticed that Al Gore has turned into a groundhog?!!? We haven't heard much from him lately (thank God!), shooting off his mouth about "global warming".

got back this afternoon.
last night, i was against the rail for metallica's whole set, directly in front of a mic and a wah wah pedal. the stage was pretty low and i had plenty of time within five feet of all but lars. james and the boys are on top of their game.
i got one of kirk's guitar picks in a free for all and rob leaned over the edge of the stage to throw a bass pick directly to me.
it was a killer show.

And from what I gather the global warming academics are very heated (pun intended) over the issue. my 2 cents though

Three days ago it got down to 17f at night, but it was back up to 67f today. Typical North Central Texas weather!

Interesting figures: - CO2 content in our atmosphere has risen something over 25% in the last century
- We burned around 900 billion barrels of oil in the last century (37,800,000,000,000 gallons, if you like big numbers... enough to cover all the world's dry land with 663,157 gallons per square mile)
Just sayin'.

It's going to be 71F tomorrow and I have the day off so I'm going to be back in the twisties increasing my carbon footprint on my motorcycle. While I don't use too much gas, Pirelli loves me.
