The S6LE is probably my least used knife. Yes it has great balance and it is easy to carry but for hiking I prefer smaller blades, the sweet spot being between 3 and 5 inches. The S6 is too big but not a great chopper, besides being too thick. The SOD or the Weiler are great choppers and the latter one is a perfectly balanced knife.

Have Faith r/s! Things happen, or he could be out of town for the week-end. I had a few deals on eBay like that, but as it turned out each one had a very valid reason for the delay. We're all pulling for ya'!

I really like Les a lot more myself. Too bad he's retired from making any more episodes...
My wife got me Les's "Survive" book the other day. It's a decent no nonsense survival book. I'll give it a.. My brother got me that book just the other day too. It's a decent read so far. Haven't had much chance to get too far into it yet, but I like it so far.

Klink - thanks man. I appreciate. I mean I am just very excited about getting this virgin here, perhaps, late next week if Tom gets my Money Order on Wednesday, since he lives in Atlanta. I hate to assume anything other than he is a fine man and honorable, which I am sure he is, I just want to hear back from him Thanks for the help and faith men o' the Yard!!!!!!

Yah- Rec got is S6CG and I finally scored my S6LE WOOOOOOHOOOOOO - wanted that one bad- thought it would never peek out at me. When they do- you best be a real fast dawg and bite real quick . I stalled on a pair of jacks yesterday and bam- they were gone . You snooze- you lose. Not with the S6LE though
