MrPink, that is a beautiful piece of work. I am really digging that sheath.

[quote]Is there another piece that attaches to the pin on the frog so you can wear it on the belt or do you just slip it between your pants and belt and it'll catch?
Like this.
That is beautiful leather!
This one has no other parts, the stud holds it from falling. Rides well, moves where you need it to. I have only worn it with a heavy nylon (Specter Gear) belt so far. The whole piece of kydex that the stud runs through can be removed.

That's a nice piece you have there. I sent David my SOD to make my sheath and told him to hold onto it for a month to make up some extras for others. So he should have some, I can't wait to see mine in a couple weeks.

You see the leather sheath I posted a picture of above? It has a similar stud as well. It allows you to slip the belt loop on, or you can leave it off and shove the sheath down between your belt and pants and the stud will catch it and hang. At least that's my understanding.

Yep, the stud allows you to shove the sheath between your pants and belt for carry. Easy on Easy off, easy to shift around.
The stud is in a hole in a "C" shaped piece of kydex which is held in place by the 2 screws you can see on top.

Very nice Mhawg, but being a skinny bugger that kind of belt mount just jams the handle painfully into my ribs.. (Barkie Bravo 1 style..) Give me a nice lowrider kydex belt loop anytime! (Flames are VERY cool though!)

Just saw this post.
Thanks for all the complements everybody.
I have changed the way I make sheaths a little, so that there is little to no wear on the coating.
All my frog sheaths can be used with a tec-loc as well if you want to change it up a little.
Feel free to e-mail me with any questions.
I am trying to be more active over here, hard to keep up with 4 forums & still try & make sheaths & holsters <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
