With the release of the stainless twins puppy and Bird and the Limited Edition release of the Muk my mind goes to ...what's next?
As I look over my collection of Scrappers I see 3",4",5",6",7" and 10 inch blades. The Hook and Guard are re-curves and the Mutt has been made available in many different versions mostly released under cover I might add.
But as I look the crowded shelf over I don't see any gaps!
I need a 8" or 9" blade like a root canal. The SoD and DF's take solid care of any choppers I will EVER need. The re-curves are great camp knives and super for game as they draw the meat into the curve just like they were made to.
The bevy of 3-6 inch knives have made kitchen work and camp chores a task of great joy!
Not to mention the Stainless Twins who make EDC another joy.
So what is next?
What will The Yard offer next that we have a real need for?
And also is there any knife The Yard is missing?
Please illuminate your ideas...I'm fresh out of them for a next release. I guess there is no need to release anything else since all the bases are covered...

A whole series of mudder handled knives in stainless would be cool, like a butcher, boner, and small santoku. Any excuse to use more or those handles is fine with me.
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Recurves weren't Dan's best sellers, M22. (Remember how long it took for the Hooks to sell out?) I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see any more recurves for awhile. that's cuz they were too small. you disappoint me bruce, that's so obvious. i just listed my cgdf on another forum, knowing i may miss it down the road. with a big heavy saber ground recurve, i know i wouldn't.

Well Jerry seems to be in a fighter mood right now. Perhaps it's time to bring something like this to The Yard: ![[Linked Image from scrapyardknives.com]](http://www.scrapyardknives.com/images/SCRAPTRAIL_med.jpg) Design look familiar? I"d buy that for a dollar!! Actually alot of dollars that's just one of those designs that screams out to me,and I can just imagine that in addition to being a great fighter design it also being very capable of all manner of field craft and camp/hunting chores. That knife would be a big hit with me,I'd probably even spring for two!

Is there anyone here who would also like to see a re-release of the Dogfather?Perhaps in a couple of different blade colors we've never seen offered by the Yard before?Maybe forest green, tiger stripe urban camo etc. What about a re-release of the S-6?This is a great offering that I was unfortunate enough to have missed out on and has reached a legendary status(mostly thanks to Noss!).

I'd like a solid folder which is about the most unlikely thing they'd produce. After that, I might jump on a DF or maybe I'd get a M9 from the swamp if it was CG.
