I am glad you asked... This is a concern for me...not only for this knife that I have been on the fence about, but about future offerings. I don't want to miss out because the door closes imediately, without warning, and likely ahead of the normal schdual for a knife to be available...SOD for example. I would really like to see consistancy if possible.

consistancy is always nice, but the new business plan is so so so much better than before. Renee did post a bit back that the muck would be up for atleast two more weeks. If someone really really wanted one, i'm betting an email to renee would go a long way.

I agree. But that's not the point. And I think we're all bright enough to know what the point is. If not, PM me and I'll explain it to you. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> (I don't need another vacation at the moment. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/paperbag.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> )

Quite honestly I think it's a marketing ploy. I bet the next time a knife goes up for sale people who are on the fence about it will go ahead and jump on it before they yank it down without warning. Kind of like when they used to post that knives were available in the Swamp Rat store, you knew you didn't really have a lot of time to think about it, you just had to pull the trigger. If you wound up not liking the knife, you could always sell it.

The great thing about any Busse-kin knife is that it's almost impossible to lose money on one of them if you buy it from the factory. So, it's always safe to just go ahead and get one.

I do understand where you're coming from though Bruce.
