I agree. Must be big. Maybe a Gladius! Or a Viking Short Sword... I'd buy one or two of those! Talk about your choppers...

I love my Roman wasp waisted gladius! If you own one you know what I'm taking about when I say it is a very maneuverable sword!

It's the one on the far right:

Why not a beautiful machete, like the Muela Sherpa?

I'm always fond of axes...

Although I doubt we'll ever see it come out of the yard, I love the look of a Damascus blade.

And let's not forget swords; my god, but I have wonderful dreams of a Yard made sword! Maybe a Claymore...

Or even a Sutton-Hoo...

Or maybe as some have said, just another nice camp knife, slightly larger than the DF.

I'd love to see the Yard make a Damascus camp blade; I know I'm a dreamer, but why not, eh?

In case you were wondering, the blades in pics 3, 6, 7, & 8 were all made by a man I consider a master bladesmith, who is also a fellow Canadian.

FREEDOM! Sorry, the Claymore's made me do it.
Sweet setup, have you read the S.M.Stirling books? You would be ready if a Change occurred. We could join up and be the Dog clan.

I would love another Bolo...but I bet it would cost big bucks...and I question how much more effective it would be then a $6 Tramontina... I know that is blasphame....but it is true...

How about BM wide huge chopper...

I just don't want medium size...I got lots of that...I want huge, or small and unique...but that is just me.
