Your FFBM with that convex edge you do would be "6 of 1 and half a dozen of the other" on a NMFBM on chopping...may be even better! I had one but felt it a bit blade heavy and decided to move it on...that and the fact that the sheer number of knives I had was getting "too expensive"....but on the "work out" front this type of activity cannot be beaten for general fitness...and you don't have to pay for a "gardner"! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
