I think i might go ahead and get one tomorrow.... But my understanding is that they dont have any right now "in stock" rather they just make them as they are ordered... That was the case when i ordered the NMSFNO. Amy said they werent going to bill me till it was made. I was upset because i thought since they had it on their site that that meant that they had them IN STOCK but they didnt.

will this be the same case with the HG55? I hope not. If they are in stock now, I will be more likely to buy one.

When Jerry puts a new knife up on the Busse Combat site, they usually will take orders for several weeks before they start production and/or delivering. If you buy when the item first comes up on the BC site, you may be waiting several weeks or months before you get dinged then delivered. If you order toward the end of the offering when production has peaked you may get the item in a week after ordering. Since the HG55 just went up, I would guess that it will be several weeks before they start shipping. As most of us recall, the latest Scrap Muk LE offering was marketed this way and I believe future Scrapyard offers will be done this way as well.

. . . I believe future Scrapyard offers will be done this way as well . . .
Busse Combat will consistently have knives available for sale while Swamp Rat and Scrap Yard will continue to be be hit and miss, most likely

and thats a shame, IMO <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbdn.gif" alt="" />

I ordered an LE, I have one of the Ganzaa HG-55's coming. So I am not sure I need a ganza HG, an LE and a CG THOUGH I might sell the ganza and get a CG if I like the feel but not the grind. Only time will tell. I am sure I will like this knife though.
