I can't wait to see this knife. I sat out on the sod b/c I have my Camp Tramp, the muk design was too different for me, I don't need a big chopper so the M9 wasn't for me either.
Hope the pics come soon! ...and I'm hoping for 3/16" thickness-tough enough for me!

Gotcha, well, I hope it's a little beefier than my DMDC.. Isn't that what RSeed is claiming is already such a beast? imagine - no that is not what im claiming... the DMCG is what Im claiming to be the best military knife ever. he is talking about the DMDC. there IS a distinct difference. the DMDC is a double cut knife and not nearly as thick and heavy duty as the DMCG, plus its also not a saber grind, its a flat grind.

Wow, sounds pretty cool. I'm guessing it will be 5" long, can't wait to see pics.

I'm guessing it will be 5" long That's generally the way it works, banana-clip . . . give or take a half inch. That would be cool if it had the black mudder grip like a prototype that was at blade last year.

. . . if SY release the S5 in INFI, I'd by a few at least. That's doubtful, especially if the S5 is patterned after the HG-55 (or perhaps more accurately, the HG-55 is patterned after the S5). are you speculating or has this been confirmed. The S5 could also be a smaller version of the S6, a DM with full size handles?
