MrPink, the blades look great and your kydex is very impressive too.

I love the design of the top knife, and the necker looks to be a very useful design. Keep it up!

Nice work MrP <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I like the knives and the Kydex came out great! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

SO, what's next for you? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I just sent my blade off for HT...Can't wait for it to return so I can complete it.

Thanks everyone, I plan to make more of these knives but in 1/8" instead of 5/32". I have some other designs in mind but nothing concrete yet. Next up is to finish my wharncliffe (spelling?)

The more I carry and use my little recurve, the more I like it. Here's some nice patina from after the Yosemite trip.

You have some real talent! My dad made me a few throwing hatchets out of an old saw mill blade. They were not pretty, but dang they were tough. Does anyone recommend this type of steel for making a general out doors type knife from?

MRpink: did you make the micarta yourself?
Either way, the fit and finish on those are great.
