I like crawfish but we rarely see them at our local stores! Some guys at the Swamp were telling me the best ways to cook them. I'm not quite into sucking the green out yet but they are certainly good.

My fav is cajun style crawfish, with some boiled taters and corn on the cob, and buttered up mexican style cornbread. Oh yeah, plenty of cold beer too.

Anyone else?
