I was sort of hoping the S5 would be a version of a HG55 or another DM version so I "Could" pass. My finances are hurting me bad right now. I don't have funds to pay taxes. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" /> and now this. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" />

I LOVE this knife and don't see how I can possibly pass. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/paperbag.gif" alt="" />

.

I am in a similar bind right now, KG. But if this beauty is 154CM, I'll have to get at least one.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

i was also hoping it would be 154cm but i wouldn't complain with a combat grade in sr77 if it saves me some money.

Dan mentioned CG, so good for everyone!

Personally, I say "THANK YOU DAN" for continuing to bring "SATIN" knives. I don't care if it says "LE", just keep bringing satin! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Not sure I am as excited if this knife is in SR77. SR77 is mega tough and all, but this knife needs better edge retention.

I am VERY good with 154CM. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

...semi-secretly, I will still dream about SR-101. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

That is a pretty blade. ...
....If this thing is in 154CM, it will be one heck of a knife. I like SR77 fine for the big choppers, but I really prefer the 154CM for the smaller Scrappers. It holds an edge like crazy. And the mudder handles fit my hand like a glove.

+ all that! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

That's everything I hoped it was going to be and then some. Fantastic blade.

Yeah... +1... but man this is going to KILL my finances.

I am still trying to figure out how to pay for my M9LE and keep hoping NOT to hear from Eric till I figure it out. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/paperbag.gif" alt="" />

price has to be right, this is scrap yard and although the sr77 blades live up to the performance/$ claim, i think the stainless blades have fallen short. comparing it exclusively to other 154cm blades is taking exception to the mission statement.

Wow, this is better then I expected! I sold my MPLE because I wasn't a fan of the blade, but this is what I'm talking about!!

The tan mudder handles and satin finish look great. Can't wait to see the CGs. I hope it's sr-77.

- 3 or so... sorry Pink

The MPLE is a fantastic knife and seems highly underappreciated. Some might need larger, but the MPLE is still a GREAT smaller utility use knife.

As much as many like the Busse AD, IMO, the MPLE is a better knife.... albiet harder to sharpen.

I prefer satin and I am NOT really interested in this knife in SR-77.

This knife BEGS to be a CUTTING tool user.... not a pry bar knife - IMO.

So, I would prefer cutting tool steel for this one rather than prybar steel. Sorry.

Wow, just now looked! I'm with everyone on wanting this in 154CM! Is that a full height flat grind? I would like that as well.

We have a ballpark price so when can we place an order?
