A finely tuned revolver with a reputable trigger job can be more accurate in double action--at least for me. I rarely shoot my revolvers in SA unless it is my SAA. I don't know why but I do prefer a revolver for shooting.
I can hit with my tuned S&W 686+ in double action. But it has a super light trigger and a 6" bbl. I still prefer to shoot SA.....that's the way the USAF taught me to shoot with the combat masterpiece.

well, I'll see about the availability of .32's at my local shops, because in NJ, you are NOT going to find ammo in wal mart. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
vic, it's really a last ditch kinda gun anyway isn't it?
I'd feel fine placing the barrel onto someone and pulling the trigger a couple of times.
It IS better than nothing after all... I would think.

Imagine, I was looking at the Gp6 I believe.
It really just calls out to me.
I'm wondering where I can get one reasonably priced. reatil is 655$ or so and I only found on for 740$...
could this gun be too good to be true???

Speaking of being close, I remember reading that most defensive shootings happen with in 7 yards... that is pretty close if you ask me.
