Thank you for the explanation P/K. Quite an interesting design. I never heard or seen a frog design before. Thanks for the education <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

Glad to help! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> Actually, some of the old military bayonets used studs/frogs. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I have got to get off of my lazy butt and decide what type of sheaths I want. I have way too many naked knives.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who opens his closet and sees knives without sheaths... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

The other problem is that every time I start to get ready to buy sheaths, I see a new knife and there goes the sheath fund. This time it is the S5...

I have one sheath about 1/2 finished for the Mud Puppy, but it is clearly a craft that requires more time and skill than I have...

Once I have held or seen something of High Quality work (Jeff) it's hard for me to settle for something less. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/loopy.gif" alt="" />
