I've been noticing for some time that more and more people are getting sick of the Busse "marketing" ploys. Some guys I respect are even using words like "over-hyped" about some of the knives.
All I know is I will be spending my money here, and some on eBay to pay for my Battle Guard muahahaha.

I agree, too much NMSFNO talk is causing my credit card to worry... Now y'all know I'm a Dog first, and not a huge Busse collector, but seriously, that NMSFNO is worth the price. It is a superb large camp knife. Not too big, not too small. I have a large collection of 7" to 8" camp knives, and the NMSFNO just bumped the Ratweiler as my favorite micarta handled one. It's not like I needed it, as the SOD, Camp Tramp, Ratweiler and Chopweiler are superb. But it is worth getting if you can afford it.
