P-Easy you are incorrect about the rusting of sr77 and sr101.

sr101 WILL RUST much quicker than sr77 will. while sr77 is not as rust resistant as INFI, it is much better regarding rust resistance than sr101.

Here we go again...

Mustard Man: I'm 5'11 and weigh 265 so I'm not a stick either. I have a Nimravus Cub I carry INVERTED on my belt, under an untucked shirt and it don't bother me at all. Actually it's rather comfortable. Try it You'll Like it

I've done inverted on a pack but never thought to try it on the belt - thanks for the tip!

Oh, forgot what this thread is all about. I will proudly use and ABUSE my S5 as I have all my using knives (which is all of them except for those I have never used) . You know, cutting, scraping, digging, prying...etc. After all, that's what a knife is for, right.

Wisconsin and Illinois are the only two states that have a NO CCW law still on the books. Don't know about IL.,but the Governor Of WI. says as long as he is in office it will never happen.

Sooo I am forced by law to wear mine on my hip, belt, neck as long as it is in plain sight of anyone approaching me I am in compliance with the state and local laws. All that in mind I will wear mine a couple days a week in a revolving EDC dress. When I have been EDC'ing The CGDM I find I don't draw it against a slimmer EDC.."I EDC 4 knives" like The Bird or Muk.

So mine will allow the CGDM to be a weekend gardening, farming, prying splitting tool and the Scrapper Five being a scant 3/16 will be a much more versatile EDC for my rotation.

Sandwiches, cutting meat, roasts, vegetables, carpet, picking bugs from baseboards while cleaning, and a myriad of other daily chores.

The added length of the 5 inch over the 4 inch opens avenues of EDC new to me,so all in all I welcome this new slimmer Mutt with my favorite color choices and the best handle the Scrap Yard Knife Company has made to date, the Mudder!

Bring it!

Peace.
