Thats was a great lookin meal!
Whats the recipe for the potatos. 2.5 lbs of irish red potatos, boiled until soft, add half a pint heavy whipping cream, tablespoon butter, 8oz of shredded cheddar cheese, teaspoon of minced garlic, one tablespoon of mixed spices(salt,pepper,oregano,basil,etc) blended in a large mixing bowl.

that looks great!
not sure i could tackle 3 steaks though! I could eat all three, I'm a meat and potatoes guy. Steak is my favorite meal, after seeing this I wil definitely be picking up some strips on the way home from work. Thanks for sharing the pictures and dinner ideas.
