"im so ashamed...shame...shame. about the dirty things you do to me. but i wont complain...plain...plane. cause im so afraid you're gonna leave. i hear you like my pretty dress. and i hear you caused that pretty mess. and i ask you, can you feel me? love, love - im taking back whats mine. i cant believe we missed our time. im taking back whats mine. cause its my time everytime. and im still ashamed...shame...shamed... about the fuc**** things you do to me. and id change my face, my name. but im still afraid you're gonna leave. and i hear you like my pretty dress. and i hear you loved that pretty mess. and i ask you, did you hear me... love, love - im taking back whats mine. i cant believe we missed our time. im giving up this life. and i did it for the love." -recon seed its a song by a rock band from NYC called "Alston." the song is about a girl who weighs leaving a relationship that is bad and this is her final say on it. i always thought that it was an amazing song and if you havent heard it, i have uploaded it for you all. download it for free and let me know what you guys think... it has this ring to it that just reeks of raiding a village in the dark of night with your platoon... also, the name "recon seed" means something else to me. as many know, im about to be a 2LT in the active army and recon is my favorite mission to run with my platoon. hence the "recon" name. the "seed" part is totally void of military jargon but i like the word because a seed is the first thing that is sewn in hopes of something evolving and blossoming into something beautiful. so, recon-seed. my favorite mission and the thing that starts something beautiful or ugly. a stark dichotomy exists therein. there you have it boys. HERE is "recon seed" for download fellas. please let me know what ya think!

lazi = lazyboy
i didn't want to find out that this name was used on every forum so i changed a few letters and i trimmed it own to be stupid simple.
i chose this name long ago because even though i'm laid back i'm usually one of the first to jump up and get the job done.

My last name rhymes with "tuna" so growing up I was always called tuna or tunafish. Then in college, different friends turned the tuna in to toona and started putting all sorts of things after it. Toon-daddy, toon-diddy, toona-man and eventually toon-dawg. Seem appropriate for the SY forum. Great thread idea and interesting stories.

One summer we had a BAD problem with skunks in our 2 block neighborhood. Long story short, I killed 8 now with my RWS .177 pellet rifle and the city workers killed another 6 with a .410. I got 3 in one night on my way to work. They were under a street light and I just stood out the car door and got them one at a time. On the Swamp I have "stink free guarantee" under my avatar, I have only had 1 to stink on me, and that was just a very small amount (but that was enough). So there you have it.

Tiger Tiger. burning bright, In the forests of the night; What immortal hand or eye. Could frame thy fearful symmetry?
In what distant deeps or skies. Burnt the fire of thine eyes? On what wings dare he aspire? What the hand, dare seize the fire?
And what shoulder, & what art, Could twist the sinews of thy heart? And when thy heart began to beat. What dread hand? & what dread feet?
What the hammer? what the chain, In what furnace was thy brain? What the anvil? what dread grasp. Dare its deadly terrors clasp?
When the stars threw down their spears And watered heaven with their tears: Did he smile His work to see? Did he who made the lamb make thee?
Tiger Tiger burning bright, In the forests of the night: What immortal hand or eye, Dare frame thy fearful symmetry?
The poem entitled The Tiger, is one of my favorites. As well, the tiger seems to me a good totem for the stage of life I'm in right now; a being who enjoys the open sky more than the boob tube.
However, since everyone and their dog seems to want the name tiger on the web, I respelled it with a "y", and added the year I was born at the end. Not a great story behind my name, but there it is.
