Hey HORNDOG , How about a beadblaster??? We are using VERY fine grain media ,and getting BEAUTIFUL results.

Would I need to remove the scales? A Beadblast finish looks good to me on INFI. If I could beadblast the whole knife, that might reduce the amount of hand finishing required to do a satin finish, too.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

All it took was a couple of hydrocodones! This dentist is a specialist and does great work - my problem is that I have extra-long roots so he has to drill deep! My wife almost freaked when she saw the long drill-bits he was using.

Vic, do you have the bead blaster already or is this one of the pieces of equipment you will be looking to purchase?

No. I have never used one. Might be a good idea, though.

HD-

Do you get much heat build-up when doing this? If so - how do you handle it? Just keep dunking the blade in water? Just curious...

It looks awesome as I said earlier.
