As long as we are among humans, let us be humane. I like it
another option for NO corrsion is $$ titanum $$ there are several made made my Mission and MOD/Blackhawk have some too.
But honestly Just keep your scrapyards oiled up and you will be fine. It takes a long time to get pitting but light surface I have seen in just hours, but it comes right off.

It's all true!!
The Muk is a perfect day trip knife! Stainless, wide blade thick enough to batton and sharp as a scalpel. And since you made reference to sharpening stainless maybe being hard to do.... ALL of my Scrappers in 154 sharpen in micro seconds!
They are very easy to sharpen and I have yet to re-sharpen mine!
Scrap Yard forum... choose a Scrap Yard knife...it's why we are here!
Peace.

Alright... it's a user... what a tough crowd! Good decision buddy, in all honesty the Scrapyard blades are not going to go up in value enough to warrant keeping them as safe queens, even the Busse's are only fetching a little above cost value nowdays.Better to get the satisfaction of using them and enjoying them as they should be used !!!!

I love that Rock Salt. I just haven't been able to plunk down the cash for it. I have decided for now to go with his younger brother, the Aqua salt. It is also H-1 steel and smaller and easier to carry. I think any of the Infi or 154CM SY knives would do fine. But, H-1 guarantees no rust ever. ![[Linked Image from spyderco.com]](http://www.spyderco.com/pix/products/med/FB23BK_M.jpg)

I just ordered a Spyderco Atlantic Salt PE in that bright yellow. I've lived in Florida my whole life, swim in fresh/salt water, and fish....
Why did I wait so long to get something in H1?
