I am watching the Waki video and wondering which is going to give out first- the steel ( NOT) -or the dude swinging the steel ? Notice they didn't have some fat [censored] doing the vid for good reason. You guys that ordered these and other choppers mite want to prepare youselves for a great Waki Workout !! How many Dogs work out everyday ? I know at my age that I am up @ 5 AM and hard at a two hour workout. I know there are many on here that take fitness VERY serious which is great. How much per day do you guys work out ? In a survival situation- this is as important ( or more) than your tools. Lets hear how you guys stay prepared-Thanks

I don't have a dedicated workout regimen, and in fact I despise cardio and love fatty greasy food, so I have a pretty good sized beer gut. That said, I do camp and hike and rock climb regularly, so there is muscle buried somewhere deep below that fat. I figure that's even better for survival - I'm strong enough to climb over a mountain or chop up some firewood, but I'm also well insulated

I hope so. Otherwise I'm going to have to start "working out."

I work as a bricklayer, and do some workout at home, nothing serious. Donīt think the Waki workout will be any problems

I play drums also. I work out 3 to 5 times a week. I usually do weight training for about 30 minutes then spend about 30 minutes on my inclining treadmill. I also mountain bike which is great exercise. Sometimes I neglect this schedule but I usually try to keep with the routine. Lately it has been my drum playing that has been neglected.

I run mostly, but I have been contemplating getting back into some basic strength conditioning.

i've worked at UPS the last 10 years inside the building which is very physically demanding.i move on average of 5,000 packages in a 4-5 hour shift as a sorter which range anywhere from ounces to 150 pounds so that keeps me in decent shape but i started lifting again recently and i just started running for the first time ever.i do a mile or two a day.

i dont work weekends so i dont lift those days either to let my body heal.i'm pretty beat up for my age.

that WAKI might be tough but i'm really looking forward to it.

Well, I do 1/2 marathons, some weights and some mellow solo martial arts.

If any of ya can't manage with your Waki...suppose I could help ya out and take it off your hands!! ha ha haaaa!!

I am 25, I go to the gym 4 days a week, and surf on the weekends. Just give me something to chop...mua hah hah!
