I voted no. As long as Renee gets back to us via email or calling us when we request to suss out an issue, I say they stick with what works for them. Because of the Busse's unique way of doing business I think they'd end up wasting a lot of their time and breath on nervous and impatient people. Y'all saw the YouTube video of that ninny having a conniption fit about the way Scrapyard sells knives...can you imagine having to take his call?

I'd rather they focus their effort and time on getting the knives out. Just my 2 cents of course.

Oh, wow. I think that is my fault. This dude messaged me on youtube asking all kinds of questions about them, and when I told him how they did business he got all pissed at me kinda.

Yes- it is part of normal business. I have been in business for many years and many of my clients would refuse to do business with just an internet site.
