I'm going to be at a baseball game tomorrow (World champion PHILLIES gonna whoop on them dirty Braves!!!), so won't be home until late. I'm really hoping my S5's will be there waiting for me when I arrive.

I'm deciding what to do, BBQ-wise. I prefer to slow-smoke, so I might do some pork shoulder, but that means getting up at 6 am to start cooking. Not sure I want to get up that early on a holiday weekend <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
I could do ribs - I usually only cook those for 4-6 hours.
Or some steaks if I'm feeling lazy.

Steak is good, but any fool can chuck a steak on a grill and make it taste good. A good slow smoke takes at least a little bit of skill.
