I'm a gov't contractor and edge weapons instructor....I ALWAYS carry at least 3 knives at all times. This next deployment in Africa , I'll be taking a ScrapYard SoD , the SwampRat MiniMojo and the DumpsterMutt. I depend and USE these knives for utility , survival and close quarters combat. These knives are my daily/everywhere and always companions. I've been depoyed 27 times in the past 23yrs , and my knives have literately saved my life. I take the blades I carry VERY seriously ....I treat them with love , respect and as an form of art. They are a part of my life that can always be depended on. I want to get out and chop so bad, now that I have all these freshly convexed edges on a bunch of my big knives...
But it's too freakin' hot for my Yankee blood. I need a cool weekend.
I'm almost thinking I will wait until the WAKI WAKI WAKI comes in before I do another serious chopoff.
