Well, they always list the retail prices in the catalog. The sales flier sent out for Christmas and July 4th often have some of their products at a good price. Otherwise, it's eBay.

Where the heck is Andy! Epay is usually a good source for knives other than ones that belong to the TRIAD.

Yes, I have bought a lot of knives on eBay, with the intention of making a little profit on reselling. I have multiples on several Cold Steel and SOG models among others.

Andy - Andy - where are you?!?

I wish. No snow yet. Earlier in the week they were saying we were supposed to get 2-6” of snow by noon Friday. It missed us completely. It’s cold enough for it though, right now it’s 15 outside. Last I went out I saw a few stray flakes flying around, but nothing substantial.

Whenever I get a new knife I take pics for you guys. First I take the virgin pics inside before I use it. Then I do the total grouping pics. Then I take it outside and get some “in use” pics. I’m waiting for my Hawk and the new Howler and you know I’ll be taking new pics.

In the meantime, here’s some from last year to hold you over: How about some snow pics?

Nice shots Andy!
The last storm dumped 8 - 10" of snow, accompanied by some cold temps. Of course, living in the Country means you will be the LAST to see any plows on the roads! It would be nice if my wife didn't have to go to work - I am about to take her to work in my truck -4wd of course. At least we have plenty of supplies on hand! Tom

Oh, I know how that is. We’re 12 miles from the nearest decent sized town. And surrounded by farm fields with few trees in some places to block the wind, so we can get drifts six feet deep. We’ve been snowed in a LOT of times. We finally have a 4WD now, so it’s a little better than 2WD. Dad always wanted to put the HUGE A plow he bought at a city auction (from one of the trucks they use to plow county roads) on one of our duce and a halfs so we could plow our own [censored] roads. Kinda like how Doc said in Back to the Future: “Roads? Where we’re going, we don’t need roads”. I’ve seen the county plow/salt trucks stuck in the ditch before were they got too far off the road and got stuck. I think a 6x6 would have a lot more power than their county trucks. More wheels too. And it could probably tow their trucks out of the ditch.

I said Dad should mount his Ryan Firebee jet engine in the back of the 6x6, then you could plow, AND melt the snow and ice. Might make it a bit too fast on slippery icy roads though. I dunno how much you could throttle it down.
