Once the knives are shipped I get a confirmation from the shipping and then I go into the invoices and there is an automated shipping confirmation that gets sent out. You may not get the confirmation in some cases right away because if the knife ships out late on Thursday and I am not here until Monday, you could get your knife before I even get the confirmation.
