Hey Majorsdad, when I first joined the AF, I was a bomb loader and we loaded 20mm in aircraft cannons, they was big. Now, the 30mm, THAT'S a round. The 20mm (complete round), would drop into the case alone of the 30mm and disappear! And did you know that the A10 is the only airplane designed aound a gun. ![[Linked Image from i196.photobucket.com]](http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa72/SRKWSKUNKHUNTER/A10gun.jpg) It's also the only aircraft that has the nose gear off to one side of the aircraft centerline, that's because the barrels are I think 12 ft long and the ammo drum is about the size of a volkswagen beetle! Actually, I was always very fond of the A-10 and it's monsterous gun. Besides, I'm a Glock fan, so I'll take function over beauty when it comes to planes too.

I think I will be getting a TB. I like the available options and the price isn't too bad if you don't go crazy on options. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> It'll be my first Busse. I really want a FBM. Those MOABs look awesome. Anyone have one? It looks like a beast of a knife. I think my TB will be Arctic white/black paper No choil Round butt no swedge <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> For now anyways...It could change/

MustardMan, the knife in your avatar (Ratmandu, is it?) I've seen it so much I dreamt about it last night.
Some guy was attacking me and that's what I pulled out to defend myself.
I don't have one, it's just the knife that was in my hand.
Weird.
Now I'll have to get one I guess!

I'd like to get a RMD. I have a Camp Tramp though and was wondering how similar they are? If I have the CT is it worth while to get a RMD? Thoughts?

I picked up and held a MOAB at BLADE, and beyond the "holy crap that's a huge chunk of INFI" reaction, I was unimpressed. I couldn't think of a single task where it would outperform a battle mistress.
If I got a TB it would probably be black linen/tanker gray, no choil, round butt, no swedge. I'm tempted, only because it would be my first normal-sized Bussekin knife without a choil, but beyond that the knife doesn't really speak to me.

MustardMan, the knife in your avatar (Ratmandu, is it?) It's a Mini Uncle Mojo, not a Ratmandu. Swamp Rat sold both Uncle and regular versions of the Mini Mojo (that's without and with a blade catch hook, respectively). It's a cool little recurved blade, around 6 inches or so. VERY beefy and robust knife - heavier than some much larger knives I own.
