Now my one important question: which Basic handel size is it? the handel from the B3s and B5s or did you go bigger with the one that was on the B7s and B9s?

For thoes of you who have no idea what I am talking about.

Question for Those w/ Basic handles (Gravelface.. others)

How does Basic handle feel compared to the current Res-C ?

to me it looks.. smoother, harder and less rubbery? or do they feel the same?

WOW, the Scrap Yard it really heating things up with some great offerings. I guarantee I will be down for 1-2 of these babies,.. and I only hope that when this baby hits the store, that the yard has a few S6's available at the same time... (it has been a while).

Personally, i have passed on many potential users lately, with hopes that the Yard keeps bringing it, and they are!

The sides are a bit more rough with the top and bottom smooth. I really like the grips on the forward end and the Basic handles are more "sculpted" around the index and pinkie area.

I like the Basic Handles more than current versions found on everything except the Basics.

This feels like exactly the knife I have always wanted the yard to make. I think the 5 inch blade will be better as a military knife as it will look less threatening and it will be easier to get in and out of cars and humvees.
The penatrator point is awesome and as soon as I work up the courage I am going to put one on my DF and M6. While I really like the look of the Taliwhackers tanto blade point the clip on the APB(American Pit Bull)suits a scrappy knife better.
I can't wait to see what those Busse Basic handles are like.

That's nice...hope you're making a lot of these Dan.

I was waiting for the SS4s S6s and was debating the HRLM...till I saw that pic. I think I'll get a couple of these and wait for the S7 and the scrapyard shaker. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
