That's nice...hope you're making a lot of these Dan.

I was waiting for the SS4s S6s and was debating the HRLM...till I saw that pic. I think I'll get a couple of these and wait for the S7 and the scrapyard shaker.

+1, right there with you-

For a penetrator, the thrust point is awefully fat... (edge slope widens abruptly).. but that fattness, she can really be a do-it all. I would not be surprised if the becomes an edc work knife for me... my howling fat may get some rest..

A "bump" for the guy that was wanting to see a picture of the new blade. This should make it easier for him to find.

After talking about the differences in the Basic Handle vs normal ones, I decided to take a bit of time today and test them. It was something I never really though about comparing, but the Basic holds more securely in the hand due to the different textures. the sides where the rough texture is is embossed about 1/32-1/16th and that hold it firmly in my grip and doesn't allow the Basic 9 to rub while doing extended chopping. On the normal Res grip.....it just may be the way I hold it, but the last inch or so tends to rub against the fat part of my hand below the pinkie. The Basic grip eliminates this and absolutely one of the best grips thought of. Another reason the Basics are underrated! This will be one of the BEST all around utility blades! Obviously to small to chop, but I think it could fill ANY other needs of a knife beautifully.

I am just REALLY excited about this Blade.....I may go for a couple! Sorry to break my rule, but at 70 a pop....I might go for 3! I have to start selling right now to get these!!!!! I bet it makes a hell of a thrower also!

I ran the idea of buying a Mutt past my wife. I told her I'd be willing to sell some knives to come up with the funds to pay for one. She asked me how much it costs and when I told her, she said I should consider it an early Father's Day present from her. So I've got a green light to buy one. WHOOHOO!

Woot! JYD AND A NEW SYKCO KNIFE...it don't get much better than that

I don't think I can stop on one for this Beast. It is everything I love.....it has that Howling Rat look (on Roids of course) and since that was my favorite user...I think it might be pushed back to the back of the drawer! And the DM will reign SUPREME !!!!

It is everything I want in a EDC...size, thickness, Penetrator Tip, Basic Handle, SR-77, Scrap Yard Product, Warranty (not that it really needs it, but nice to know it is there) I seriously haven't been this excited about a knife since my first Wauseon blade......it is like the first time all over again! I am sorry folks for being a horder, but I will place an order for 3 of these!

Usually I see no reason for having more than 1...sometimes 2 of a blade, but this MOFO ...I NEED several....this will be my utility blade...Bug Out Bag, Vehicle Blade, and Camp Knife.....since I am not breaching doors anymore in Iraq...I have to Urbanize it.

Dan......I want to thank you for reviving the excitement of knife acquiring ...not collecting, again! I couldn't ask for a better blade....except some gladius stlye blade or something from "300" the BADDEST [censored] movie these tired eyes have seen in many moons!
