It's typical cheesecake with either an oreo or chocolate graham crust, a caramel sauce, and a couple sliced brownies on top. Not too complicated, but time consuming as you have to make the cheesecake and the brownies...

my version of cooking is to make stuff unraw and put good smelling stuff with that. edible is how i gauge my own cooking sometimes.
where did you guys learn to cook like that?

where did you guys learn to cook like that? I'm a great cook, but I don't really enjoy it when I'm cooking just for myself. I learned to cook from my Ma and my Ma'sMa teaching me how, and from The Galloping Gourmet and Julia Childs.

where did you guys learn to cook like that? Well, my mother is an excellent cook, so that helps. Also my brother and I both worked in the restaurant business for several years (he still does), and that put us around foodies and chefs. Pick up something here and there; recipies and techniques, and there ya go, FOOD NETWORK helps too... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
