I know Sig Sauer is a reliable gun, it just doesn't feel right in my hand.

Although, the gun that feels best in my hand is a classic 1911... but I still went for the USP. Go figure.
What works for you works for you.

I've never met a gun I didn't like... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

Nothing wrong with an HK. Sometimes changing grips on a SIG makes all the difference. As I was explaining with the mudders, I have smaller hands, and like a fuller grip. So the Hogue panels or some wood grips work good on the SIGs for me.

Have you tried Nill grips? They're supposedly very thin and are supposed to be the grip to end all grips for semi's

I wonder if the wood grips would make it feel more like a 1911.

Hmmm... something to think about.

I'm looking for a sub-com and I know Sig has several.

Single stack 9mm, the P239 is pretty sweet.

The P245 is nice if you're a .45 guy

I like the Sig P239 the best out of all Sig's guns, and I have always loved the grip of a S&W 39 series. I'm not to confident with S&W's reliability but that's another story.
