I was planning on going for it tonight, and only stopped in for a minute. I am starving and have to get some food. A guy I use to work that was from Ghana, use to say whenever lunchtime came, "man must eat!" I've been trying to lose a little bit off my belly lately and haven't been eating too much. My belt is 4 holes tighter now over the last 4 months or so. I guess I'm doing well, but [censored] I'm hungry! I don't really have that problem. I've stayed the same weight (5'8"/145) since high school, and I graduated 13 years ago. That's great to hear about your weight loss though. I'm 6', trying to get back to a lean 175. I weighed 200 a few months ago. I weighed 145 myself when I graduated HS. I used to run a lot, until I messed up my knees. Too many pavement miles took their toll. They haven't bothered me in a while now, so I'm thinking of starting back up again.
