apple is way too overpriced i think....its like buying all organic...makes you go broke.

i got an ipod touch on the cheap, only 8 gigs but it does what i need and the apps rock and no 2 year slavery to att.

as for organics.... you don't gotta go broke buying em , much better to grow em. I normaly hit the farmers market , but you gotta watch who and what you buy, some old timers just go to the distro houses and put in a little mark up for themselves. and the local veggies here rock so getting fresh local ones is a plus. going to a super market any more even the high dollar whole foods places are just sad in comparison.

But around here its the best place to pick up lamb, beef and what not, also very fresh bread. the veggies are good. unfortunatly i might not be going to my local one to much.... the yuppies have hit it hard and now its hard to move around/park.

i was actually just lookin for a mini disc player a few days ago. the oldest, made-in-japanest one i could find. supposedly if you hook it up to your computers without a disc and hit record, you're in 'monitor mode' and it works really well as a DAC.

The zoom h2 is made to be a USB interface as well as a digital stereo recorder. They go all the way up to 24/192.
