i'm in the PLANNING stages to build a 1000 lumen mini handheld retina searer, as soon as i get a job.

The creepy thing was watching someone cook an egg over the lens of the "Torch" light.

So anyone on this late on a Friday night? Any exciting plans for the weekend? I'm trying to talk the little lady into going out somewhere local for an overnighter in the hammocks. It's still too hot to do any real hiking, but I would like to at least spend a night in the woods.

doing nothing! got less than 100 bucks (including life savings) to my name. Walked off the job last friday and did'nt talk to the boss until today. still owed $400 bucks, hopefully getting it tommorow. I think he understands how pissed off i was.

so sitting here drinking beer, trying to put a edge on a patch knife someone one gave mebut not having any luck.....

hopefully meeting up with the boss on sat to get my money and turn in my radio, then hopefully going jade hunting with the GF in HOPE BC.

Yeah that's why I want to do an overnighter - camping out is free, depending on where we go, so it's cheap entertainment. I bet I could even manage to find something to chop

Yeah for us, it's the dogs - we can't really take them in the hammock with us, and aren't keen about having them in the woods in bear country anyways. They would have to have their own separate tent and it would be hard to check on them. The good news is, for a simple overnighter, they are fine at home - we have a doggie door
