Thanks Horn Dog and DMelone , This is where I got it back in the 80's http://www.pt-go.com/ses_jest.asp
they say you can still get them there but I don't know if they will ship them. They are an awesome knife for hard core survival, the negretos have been living in the jungle for decades with only this knife to survive. When I went through the course in the 80's, it really opened up my mind that with the knowledge, you can survive in any place with a knife and your brain.
The cape is a nice place to look at, it's a lot of politics, and gators crawling under your car to get warm when you get off work. It's ashame Nasa doesn't get more public involve with the work that goes on, they may get more people that supports the program.

Everything is possible and failure is not an option.

Great pictures. There is nothing that makes me happier than seeing a well used knife.

As far as a Bolo...to be honest, I hadn't been thinking about it but you bring up an interesting point

Thanks for sharing

Dan
So, maybe a golock or a bolo is possible in the future? That would break some new ground in high quality knives. And give me something new to whack things with!

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

I haven't been to the Everglades in a long, long time. Must get back one day.

I love that Bolo it has a look like you only get from years of hard work. I also loved Falcons pics of nasa and the everglades.

It does sound encouraging and it would raise the bar a bit.

Bolos and kurkris and golocks and bowies
Daggers and dirks are just some of my toys
Throwing machetes that have a nice ring
These are a few of my favorite things.. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Wow, the space shuttle...very very cool.

I think the Dogs should share the most unique places that they have taken their knives.

The shuttle has to rank at the top of the list

Thanks for sharing

Dan

I have a very hard time thinking of something that would beat that. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" />

That's the top. We need to send one to the moon. My daughter carried a "flip it"
into the state captitol once.
