So I finally got around to steeling my Waki after putting a couple rolls in it demolishing an awning with it last weekend, and it looks like there's a fair bit of damage still remaining. I might have to take this one to the belt sander...

Nope, bamboo and aluminum... I honestly didn't think I was putting it through much - I only dinged the aluminum a few times. Sometimes I've found a brand-new edge will roll or chip really easily, and once I've removed a bit of steel from it, it will hold up better. Guess I'll have to convex that sucker... darn <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />
