i find the tactical pens kinda haha..... now if it was in infi..... I agree, any pen could be used as a last ditch self defense tool, but not all pens are built equal, and if I'm going to only have one pen on me, it might as well be the toughest pen in the market. And another nice thing about a pen is you can pretty much take it anywhere a knife isn't allowed.

...... i loose pens to often.... the most i normaly spend is on a fisher space pen... i used to love the old stainless parkers but there hard to find with a full metal barrel machined like the old ones , the new ones have plastic and really badly made brass sleeves....

i was going to offer up the ddf to trade for an old one... i never really liked brown "desert". but when she showed up .... it was like the perfect color that and i felt like i won it in the ganza ... so im keeping it lol. so so very glad i had the chance to go after the df sence im so no.

Is the BG-42 military regarded as the "higher grade" version, compared with the s90v?

Is the BG-42 military regarded as the "higher grade" version, compared with the s90v? No, just a different Steel. I think BG-42 and S90V are comparable. I know one person that still has a BG-42 Mil for sale. It is $250...I have the S90V so I can't get myself to spend another $250 for the BG-42 version....Even though it is older and rarer.
