My TV is also near by just in case there is a dog bowl or something of that nature. I bought a Pinnacle USB TV tuner for my laptop, so it IS my TV, high-def at that. I can use it to DVR shows too, with no monthly charges or anything. It's really small, about like a large flash stick drive, but with a coax attachment on the end.

i have a tv... but no cable...... some times if the wires arnt to bad i can pick up a couple pbs stations....
i just couldnt pay for cable and inet... inet was more important.... and i have to keep myself from gettin caught up in the computer as much as i do .... i have a tendancy to be lazy....

Just cut out of work for lunch break to go pick up a package from the post office. I should have a LE Busse in my hands by Friday...but I am not going to say what model either in keeping with this theme. Lol.
It is kinda slow around here...
I don't have cable either, I do have a 50" inch HD Samsung plasma and a good sound system. I rent a couple movies a week, no commercials. Kinda nice and it saves me some dough. We get the local news stations etc in HD for free too.
