i was worried about the handles not working out for me but after the first time i used em i had no doubt... they are really built for table work though , and im not a huge fan of the parring knife... frankly im kinda scared how sharp the parring knife is....

andy time lowder ill see what some of my other blades are .... i honestly dont have many kitchen knives left , they have been used and thrown out , stolen by family , or sold to my pro chef friends when needing money....

i may earn a flaming, but my favorite kitchen knife is the cold steel long hunter. it's also my favorite fighter. whatever stainless it is, it's okay by me.

favorite would be 12C27 and its variations. go mora.
