i may earn a flaming, but my favorite kitchen knife is the cold steel long hunter. it's also my favorite fighter. whatever stainless it is, it's okay by me.
favorite would be 12C27 and its variations. go mora. CS is fine I wish they had a better warranty

cold steel has a few things that they rock out on , as far as price for steel there not bad for the most part ... but they are a bunch of hype... but they do offer some really useful work tools from what i seen

The CGM9 looks pretty nice. I'll just have to stick to my M9LEs one that model I think.

yea the m9 is sweet peice of steel for sure... i need a bigger sr for my collection at some point .... so far that was the waki .... we will see

Looks like 218 to me - so about 30 bucks cheaper than the LE, not as big a difference as I thought.
