there was 1 good reality program i found it was on PBS , and it would take a group of people and make them live like they did in 1800s , or on the klondike trail , or on a farm on the scottish coast .... where every thing was pretty period..... people got real cranky but after a while they just submitted... i guess once you realize if you dont work then every one goes hungry is a good modivator
