I am actually trying to find someone who's going to the show today - still at least two more knives I'd like added to my box. I had a shot at that pork belly skinner, in my favorite handle (black/orange g10) but I decided to pass.

hehe na not the slap chop ... i found the little blender style grinders do great with even nut meg... and sence there so many odd oils that stick to things doing coffee in the same grinder is a bad idea.... and yea i have used devices like the slap chop and frankly i tossed em all in the trash after the first use.... i had to use it once my grand parents retired and started ordering stuff off infomircials... i also have a NIB ronco rotiseiry grill sitting in OK right now...

I was a coffee snob , i hung out at a coffee shop for probably around 6 years.... a that was also a local roaster , and sence i was blowing glass i would help work the roaster cause man that thing gets cranky hot and im kinda used to it ... i dont mind the smell of heat...

frankly one of my most fav coffees was one of the last i helped roast , its intense to say the least ... it was a rowandan with light city roast on it... that frankly hammers the most caffee i have ever had in a cup... i tried it in a french press and was jittery for half a day... sence then i used a faster method of extraction....

yea that pork belly was hawt ... definatly hitting a show some time just for a chance... on the plus side im sure a bit of these will hit the secondary market...
