I've gotta get a micrometer and measure the Satin Jack I picked up. It looks pretty thick. Very cool knife.

The muk is one of my favorite belt knives. The curve makes it a pretty effective slicer, and it's great for rocking push cuts like an ulu, yet the Scrap Yard heat treat on the 154cm makes it a beefy enough knife to baton for fire building. Really fantastic little blade - possibly better than the S5 even <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

According to the scrap yard site, the original yard keeper was 0.1875, so that's definitely a fatty.
