all cool stuff. i wanna record a good metal song. in the middle of some brainstorming/recording right now. not really sure if this is metal or hard rock.

other than that, a pre-lawsuit PRS singlecut would make me an extremely happy camper. also would like a blackhawk in 45lc with plenty of ammo and a free state.

Man, there was a zero tolerance ergo battle mistress at the show - Jim tried valliantly to score it but those HOGS are FAST. Absolutely insane. I can't believe they made one of those. You just can't go wrong with an anorexic knife with ergo handles.

No, show prices are normal.

Aftermarket prices are INSANE!

It would probably cost me around 600 bucks to get a ZT BM-E second hand, assuming I could even find one for sale. Aftermarket markup is terrible. And of course, to finance my own addiction to steel, I've regularly stooped into aftermarket markup land. When you pay those prices once, you feel like the world owes you. It's a vicious cycle.

I agree MM. Can you imagine guys that paid aftermarket for RMDs etc and then they show up at KC <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" />. I don't know for what price- but I can well imagine it crashed the after market price for sure. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> I have only bought a few after market knives- but not many. And they were things that were tough to get like a DFLE and MOD 7 <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />. Even on the AM is very prudent to ONLY buy great deals. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> Especially in this economy which is sinking daily. Hey MM- did ya score anything from Knob <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> ? Thanks <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Nope, didn't score anything - honestly, I'm too broke to really get any stuff right now. I had Jim trying to snag that ZT BM-E only because it's such a crazy rare knife and one of my grails. They have some small bama clay scrap yard blades, and a bunch of other stuff that's appealing, but nothing other than that BM-E really jumped out at me.

I'm really trying to limit my purchases to really cool or rare designs, or stuff I can get directly from the shop, in the handle/coating combo I want. I love the SAR8, but just dont see myself buying one unless its in bama clay. Same goes for the bushwacker mistress.

I'm sure if I was AT knob creek, there would be tons of stuff I would end up going home with, but it would be stuff I wasn't sure whether I was gonna keep or not. Most of the stuff I got from Blade West was for other Dogs, and I only kept the FSH, BOSS Street, and SJTAC. Everything else was passed along at my cost to other Dogs - that's two M9CGs, an Active Duty, two Bird Dogs, a Yard Keeper, an SJTAC, and a Dumpster Mutt. I had great proxys from these boards, and they helped me double-proxy for some other Dogs. Everyone wins <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I like to spread the love.

Kinda like chasin women- you chase- you catch- and then ya wonder why in hell you were chasing in the first place <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />.Mebbe a lil different with knives- but you get my drift I am sure <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />-Thanks <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

So anybody out there willing to proxy me a black handled Muk? Pretty that's the main one I would like to score from KC. Or if you know of any proxies please mention it for me.
