To continue in the unrelated trend, some western shovel-nosed snakes I found. Won't get much bigger than this.

les paul studio deluxe. hard to find any info on it. i never knew it existed. has a few upgrades that i would have applied. namely the zebra pickups, grover tuners, and a natural high gloss back and sides. may not be nitrocellulose, but poly. it also has coil taps, but most of my guitars do. it's not perfectly finished, which i would never accept with a four figure price tag, but it's so unique and feature laden that i may make an exception.

By four figures do you mean in the 1's, 2's, 3's? Please don't say 4's.

it's $1.5k. i also liked the les paul traditional, which had a different neck pickup, locking tuners, a pick guard, and binding. that was almost $2k. may be worth the upgrade.

i have some new music. i posted one a week or so ago.

I don't care for snakes but that color scheme is awesome.

Mag, I don't know a lot about guitars but my brother has a couple Les Pauls and my favorite is a sunburst color one. Don't know much else about it except wen he moves back to OK he is supposed to help me learn how to play. I know I have a couple guns he would like so it might work out really good.

hmm...guitars for guns. i like the sound of that.

Dan's patch thread got a little heated. I for one see the DC as a place that we all can hang out and talk about our other intrests, the day or week we have had, etc. I doubt any of us that stay here think it is a waste of time or post. Oh well--life is like a box of choclates................................
